This is the best experience I’ve ever had when I’ve taken my car to be repaired. Everyone was very respectful of my time. They also were great at explaining details of the work that was being done which normally doesn’t happen at other places if you are a woman. They made me feel very comfortable. They ran a full diagnostic of the vehicle, provided a report of what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. Everything was explained to me before any work began. An estimated price was provided and it was in line with the final price of the work done. The pricing was reasonable for the work done. They exceeded my expectations. Their customer service was fantastic and the workmanship was superb! 👌 The car is running better than ever. It feels like a new car! No noises, no lights, no worries for me. Peace of mind knowing you are driving a reliable vehicle is PRICELESS! I’m so thankful for their help. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else. 10/10

The team at Autobahn is professional and friendly and their work is quick and well-priced - way below what you would pay a dealer. Don't be fooled by the somewhat down-at-the-mouth appearance of their shop in Newark's Ironbound neighborhood, this is an upscale foreign car repair and maintenance operation. They took good care of me and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

I hit a huge pothole, got a flat, and was desperate; they were closed and reopened their shop just to help me. They didn’t have the exact tire that I needed but they hooked me up with a brand new tire that fit and ordered my replacement tire with 2days. I was grateful and will always go back. I highly recommend them for service.

Great service

Professional and timely service. Online report with pictures was excellent. Guidance differed from dealership but with the information provided in the report made more sense. Will come back for future service
